Dear Friends at LIA,
I hope this message finds you well.
Here in France, we are welcoming Spring, with delicate blooms gracing the landscape and a full week of sunshine to brighten our days. As I admire these first flowers, I am reminded of their quiet strength—they may seem fragile, yet they carry the promise of renewal, hope, and optimism. In these uncertain times, I find myself holding onto that promise more than ever.
Last month, we celebrated Lunar New Year—known as Tết in Vietnam. We wanted to share with you the attached virtual postcard, along with a link to the parallel verses, in case you’d like to display them in your home as a gentle reminder for reflection and practice.
If you have been supporting Lower Hamlet after the devastating fire, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your generosity is helping us rebuild what was lost and sustain a community of peace and refuge.
I know you are there, and I am happy.
