Het leven vieren - Nieuwjaarsretraite EIAB

This retreat is for everyone: adults, teenagers, and children. A program will be offered for children and teenagers (ages 6–12 and 13–16).

Together, we will spend the holidays in a spiritual way that brings joy to all. We will enjoy Dharma talks, sing together, create performances, practice sitting, walking, and eating meditation, and reflect deeply on our lives to understand how we can truly live together in happiness.

There will also be time for quiet contemplation, allowing us to welcome the New Year with mindfulness and begin 2026 with renewed presence and awareness.
