About us
Our sangha community is a space to come together as a community of mindfulness practitioners — to nourish joy, inner peace, freshness, aliveness, and positive energy. And of course, we welcome all parts of ourselves, including our pain and suffering. Together, we learn to hold them with care, kindness, and love. Together, we can help ourselves heal and support the healing of the community around us.
The sangha was born in 2025 to create a space for English-speaking mindfulness practitioners to practice together and support each other in staying mindful, joyful, fresh, and awake.
My name is Olga, the sole facilitator of the sangha. I’ve been practicing mindfulness for 8 years. During that time, mindfulness practice has helped me transform a lot of suffering into understanding and joy. I hope that, over time, more facilitators will join and help this community grow in many directions.
We are an international community — welcoming people from all countries, all ages, and all walks of life. Of course, English-speaking Dutch practitioners are very welcomed too. Whatever your background, religion, or point of view, you are warmly welcome here.
The sangha’s intention is to grow as a community rooted in mindfulness, joy, healing, self-awareness, and self-love — one breath, one step, a joyful smile at a time.

Mindfulness Program
Structure
The program generally follows this flow but may vary depending on the topic. Some sessions will include extended practices such as deep relaxation, longer walking meditation, or longer tea meditation.
We explore themes that help us understand and love ourselves and the world, such as healing, joy, the inner child, stopping running, beginning anew, self-love, having enough, silence, and resting, for example.
Typical Session Outline

- dharma sharing (mindful sharing from the heart)
Special Sessions (Occasionally)
- walking meditation in nature
- longer tea meditation to celebrate life
- total relaxation

Every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month, but occasionally the date may shift to another Friday

Donations are welcome
All donations collected during the sessions will help cover the costs of organising the sangha, with anything extra going to the Plum Village and/or EIAB communities.
