We are a group of people who come together on average every 3 weeks. We connect with each other, our surrounding and ourselves through meditation and open sharing. The main language is English since quite some international people join.
We begin mostly with a sharing circle where we share about a certain theme and how that is present in our life at the moment. Afterwards we do walking meditation and a guided sitting meditation. We close with a closing circle were, if we want, we share about our experiences that came up.
