Busreis naar Nieuwjaarsretraite 2026 EIAB [80668]

Van 27 december 2026 tot 2 januari 2027 organiseert het EIAB, het klooster van Thich Nhat Hanh in Duitsland, de jaarlijkse Nieuwjaarsretraite. 
St. Leven in Aandacht laat op 27 december een bus rijden van een 1e opstappunt bij Utrecht CS via een 2e opstappunt bij station Arnhem naar het EIAB in Waldbröl. De bus rijdt na afloop ook weer terug. 
Boek alleen een busreis als je een plek hebt gereserveerd in het EIAB (wacht op de bevstiging).

PRAKTISCHE INFORMATIE

Bus: We reizen naar het EIAB met een touringcar van Betuwe Express. Aantal deelnemers: 50

Annuleringsvoorwaarden: we hanteren de volgende annuleringsregeling: tot 4 weken voor aanvang 90% restitutie van het inschrijfgeld; daarna hangt het af van de wachtlijst: staan daar mensen op dan kunnen we tot 2 weken tevoren 75% restitutie aanbieden.

INFO EN AANMELDEN BUS: de retraite in het EIAB is volgeboekt, maar misschien komen er nog plekken vrij. Boek allen een ticket voor de busreis als je een plek hebt kunnen reserveren bij de Nieuwjaarsretraite in het EIAB.

From December 27 2026 to January 2 2027, the EIAB, Thich Nhat Hanh's monastery in Germany, is organizing its annual New Year's retreat.

St. Leven in Aandacht will run a bus on December 27 from a first pick-up point at Utrecht Central Station via a second pick-up point at Arnhem Station to the EIAB in Waldbrol. This will allow us to travel comfortably together and prepare for the retreat. The bus will return in the afternoon on January 2. 

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Bus: We will travel to the EIAB in a Betuwe Express coach. Number of participants: 50

Departure date and time: Saturday, December 27, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. from the pick-up point at Utrecht Central Station via a stop at Arnhem station (12:30 p.m.) to Waldbrol. Further details will be sent out a week in advance.

Return journey: Saturday, January 2, 2027, at 2:15 p.m. from the EIAB. Arrival in Arnhem at approximately 5 p.m. and Utrecht Central Station at approximately 6 p.m.

Price: € 75 per seat for a return ticket, including for children aged 2 and above.

What to bring: Bring a valid passport or ID 

Cancellation policy: we apply the following cancellation policy: up to 4 weeks before departure, 90% refund of the registration fee; after that, it depends on the waiting list: if there are people on the waiting list, we can offer a 75% refund up to 2 weeks in advance.

Before booking the bus trip please make sure that the EIAB has confirmed your booking / stay at the "New Year's- Retreat"  .
