Busreis naar Nieuwjaarsretraite EIAB [80554]

De nieuwjaarsretraite in het EIAB is momenteel volgeboekt. Maar misschien komen er nog plaatsen vrij. Boek alleen een busreis als je een plek hebt gereserveerd in het EIAB.

Van 27 december 2025 tot 2 januari 2026 organiseert het EIAB, de jaarlijkse Nieuwjaarsretraite. 
Mede vanwege de hoge prijs van de treinkaartjes en de beperkte betrouwbaarheid van de treinverbinding organiseert Stichting Leven in Aandacht voor het eerst een busreis naar het EIAB voor deze winterretraite. De bus vertrekt op 27 december uit Utrecht, pikt passagiers op in Arnhem en rijdt dan door naar Waldbröl. Op 2 januari is de terugreis, na de lunch in het EIAB.

Bus: We reizen naar het EIAB met een touringcar van Betuwe Express. Aantal deelnemers: 50

Annuleringsvoorwaarden: we hanteren de volgende annuleringsregeling: tot 4 weken voor aanvang 90% restitutie van het inschrijfgeld; daarna hangt het af van de wachtlijst: staan daar mensen op dan kunnen we tot 2 weken tevoren 75% restitutie aanbieden.

From December 27 to January 2, the EIAB, Thich Nhat Hanh's monastery in Germany, is organizing its annual New Year's retreat.

St. Leven in Aandacht will run a bus on December 27 from a first pick-up point at Utrecht Central Station via a second pick-up point at Arnhem Station to the EIAB in Waldbrol. This will allow us to travel comfortably together and prepare for the retreat. The bus will return in the afternoon on January 2. 

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Bus: We will travel to the EIAB in a Betuwe Express coach. Number of participants: 50

Departure date and time: Saturday, December 27, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. from the pick-up point at Utrecht Central Station via a stop at Arnhem station (12:30 p.m.) to Waldbrol. Further details will be sent out a week in advance.

Return journey: Saturday, January 2, 2025, at 2:15 p.m. from the EIAB. Arrival in Arnhem at approximately 5 p.m. and Utrecht Central Station at approximately 6 p.m.

Price: €65 per seat for a return ticket, including for children aged 2 and above.

What to bring: Bring a valid passport (ID is not sufficient for Germany).

Cancellation policy: we apply the following cancellation policy: up to 4 weeks before departure, 90% refund of the registration fee; after that, it depends on the waiting list: if there are people on the waiting list, we can offer a 75% refund up to 2 weeks in advance.
